Robbie is a PPC executive of 3 years with a particular interest in utilising Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to both measure and aid AdWords performance. Robbie works on many accounts for retailers who have multiple stores around the country and appreciates the struggle online managers often face in showing the impact their digital efforts have in-store.

He is excited to be sharing how Google Analytics can be used to measure Research Online, Purchase Offline (ROPO) as part of the Workshop on tracking offline conversions, using the example of Wolfgang’s Digital Media Awards shortlisted Search Marketing campaign for leading retailer DID Electrical to showcase how this can be achieved.
