Over the last 4 years, Paola has developed a unique approach to paid social, delivering social media strategies for brands such as VMware, The Guardian, Warner Bros and SEAT while driving industry-leading results across multiple industries including tech, automotive and entertainment. As Senior Campaign Manager at Ayima, Paola is now planning paid social campaigns with a big focus around data and cross-channel integration.
Founded in 2007 as a search agency Ayima has rapidly grown, working with clients like O2, British Airways and Verizon. There are now 150 Ayima employees working in offices in London, New York, Vancouver, Stockholm, Manila and North Carolina.
In June 2016, Ayima acquired the Paid Social and Programmatic Display specialists Quickthink.
