Product Marketing Manager at IBM Watson Marketing


Michael is a product marketer, designer, and public speaker. In his current role of Product Marketing Manager for IBM Watson Marketing, he manages strategy, messaging, and customer engagement for several products within IBM Marketing Cloud.

Michael began his career at Apple in B2B sales and later in enablement and training. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of product marketing, customer service, and high-volume sales. He left Apple after four years to join Xtify, a mobile engagement startup. There, Michael rebranded all customer-facing assets, improved messaging, and organized sales-tools to help generate more revenue, leading to a successful acquisition by IBM.

In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, public speaking, and reading extremely boring history books.
