Michael began his career at Apple in B2B sales and later in enablement and training. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of product marketing, customer service, and high-volume sales. He left Apple after four years to join Xtify, a mobile engagement startup. There, Michael rebranded all customer-facing assets, improved messaging, and organized sales-tools to help generate more revenue, leading to a successful acquisition by IBM.
In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, public speaking, and reading extremely boring history books.
