Felicity McCarthy is the founder of Sparkdigital.ie, a training and consultancy company, working with businesses across a range of industries and countries, on digital transformation using social media and digital marketing strategies and tactics. Felicity has worked on the cutting edge of the technology sector for 20 years, leading European marketing teams in companies such as Facebook, eBay & Dell.

Felicity has a BComm & MSc in Marketing Practice from NUIG, and very actively contributes to the digital industry in Ireland in a range of ways, including speaking at, Dublin Tech Summit 2017, Social Media Summit 2016 & 2017, Image Magazine Digital Masterclass, 3XE Digital, Dublin Web summit, IIA Deep Dives, in addition to contributing on the judging panel of the of IIA Net Visionary Awards.
