Molly is a Social Media Lead with RTÉ and a qualified data analyst with ten years’ experience as a digital marketing expert. She specialises in end to end social media campaigns, from concept and content creation to copy and analysis.
She manages the social media campaigns for some of the country’s biggest TV shows including The Tommy Tiernan Show – the most recent launch campaign had a reach of 2 million across Facebook and Instagram.
She is the Social Data Project Manager as part of RTÉ’s Data Value Group where she is leading the way in developing new methods as to how the organisation can maximise the insights derived from their social media data.
Working between the marketing and insights teams using tools such as R Studio, SQL and Excel she is developing strategies to more effectively measure social media data to influence decision making and inform better and more effective campaigns.
